First, universally directors have been thrilled as it is allowing them to cut significant time out of reconciliation process. Specific example; Lab collectively spends hours each day reconciling out charges and now they are able to get this all completed in under an hour. In addition, confidence in reconciled charges being appropriately charged is higher with this tool. The nice piece here is the logic of the system is reconciling a clinical event to a corresponding charge, and once that is established, it narrows down the scope for the directors to act on the "outliers". From my standpoint, visibility into both daily signoff and appropriately working outstanding issues in a timely fashion is enhanced as well with the new reports and functionality of the system.
